User Roles

CENTRAdmin users can have one or any combination of roles.

User

Users can manage their profile information and consult restricted access pages. This is the default user role.

Editor

A User with the Editor role can manage Announcements regarding its Group. Adding an announcement in the Group’s page, unless stated, also gets the Announcement gathered in all CENTRA’s announcements.

Editors can also manage Announcement Spotlights.

Organizer

A User with the Organizer role can manage Events globally.

Manager

A User with the Manager role can manage Events, Announcements and other Users’ profiles.

Admin

A User with the Admin role can do everything. This role is restricted to System Administrators only.
