Diagnosis
*********

Make sure that you have no ethernet cable connected, and that the wireless network you are connecting to is called "eduroam" (you should delete/forget "eduroam-guest" network).

Make sure your username is being inserted as::

    istxxxxxx@tecnico.ulisboa.pt

Make sure you installed |IST|_'s certificate as stated in the previous configuration instructions link.
